Neurodivergent Friendly Appointments

At Omnia, we want every client to feel safe, respected, and comfortable in our space.

We won’t always get everything perfect, but we will always aim to listen, respond with kindness, and create an experience that feels more manageable and supportive.

We are committed to offering expert care in a way that feels calm, inclusive, and considerate of different needs.

At Omnia, we know that appointments can feel very different from one person to the next.

That is why we aim to offer a more thoughtful, more flexible experience for neurodivergent clients -including those who are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, sensory-sensitive, anxious, or simply more comfortable with clear, low-pressure communication.

We believe expert treatment and client comfort should go hand in hand.

Beauty and clinic spaces can sometimes feel overwhelming - bright lights, unfamiliar steps, noise, small talk, time pressure, or not knowing what’s about to happen can all make an appointment feel more stressful than it needs to.

Being neurodivergent-aware at Omnia means we take your comfort seriously.

We do our best to communicate clearly, reduce unnecessary overwhelm, and make adjustments where we can so you feel more settled, informed, and respected throughout your visit.

Small adjustments can make a big difference

Support doesn’t always have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

Sometimes it’s having things explained clearly.
Sometimes it’s fewer surprises.
Sometimes it’s being able to say, “I need a moment,” and knowing that will be respected.

We understand that comfort, predictability, and communication matter.

Omnia is a space where you can expect

Calm
Clarity
Respect
Choice
and care that works with you, not against you.

What this means in practice

We know not every client wants the same experience, so we aim to offer care that feels calm, clear, and client-led.

This can include:

  • clear, step-by-step communication

  • explaining what to expect before we begin

  • less pressure for small talk

  • a quieter, lower-pressure appointment where possible

  • honest information about timing, sensation, aftercare, and results

  • check-ins throughout your treatment

  • space to pause if you need a moment

  • a respectful, no-judgement approach

You’re welcome to tell us what helps

If there’s anything that would make your appointment easier, you’re welcome to let us know in advance.

That might mean:

  • preferring direct communication

  • wanting us to explain each step as we go

  • preferring a quieter appointment

  • needing a little more processing time

  • feeling anxious about touch, sensation, or unfamiliar treatments

  • wanting to ask questions before your visit

There is absolutely no pressure to disclose a diagnosis. You can simply tell us what works better for you.
